About Stockbridge Housing Authority

Heaton Court offers quality, affordable independent living in the peaceful country setting of the beautiful Berkshires. To be eligible for housing at Heaton Court, applicants must be 6 years of age or older or disabled under 6 and meet additional eligibility criteria. Applicant's annual gross income cannot exceed $45,1 for a single person, $51,5 for a couple. Rent equals 3% of the resident's monthly gross income minus annualized IRS-allowable medical deductions, and includes heat, hot water, and electric. There are 5 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment at Heaton Court, and there is a waiting list in place. Stockbridge residents receive preference on the waiting list.
