Applicant's annual gross income cannot exceed $45,1 for a single person, $51,5 for a couple. Rent equals 3% of the resident's monthly gross income minus annualized IRS-allowable medical deductions, and includes heat, hot water, and electric. There are 5 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment at Heaton Court, and there is a waiting list in place. Stockbridge residents receive preference on the waiting list.
